CORPORATE PROFILE

Incorporated in 1978 as a metal furniture manufacturer, Kanzen Kagu diversified into carbon steel pipe manufacturing in 1991.

Kanzen Kagu is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FACB Industries Incorporated Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

To date, Kanzen Kagu has an annual production capacity of 85,000 metric tons. It manufactures various welded carbon steel piping products from 1/2" to 4" diameter, consisting of welded tubes & pipes, square & rectangular hollow sections and light-gauge lip channels.

Today, Kanzen Kagu is one of the leading manufacturers of carbon steel pipes in Malaysia. Its products are well accepted and extensively used in the metal furniture industry, the scaffolding industry, the metal grill and gates industry, as well as the general building and construction industry.

Our quality pipes are well accepted in the international market as well. We are currently exporting to several countries, such as Australia, USA & Singapore.

In 1996, Kanzen Kagu was awarded the coveted MS ISO 9001:2000 Certificate by SIRIM Berhad, for its Quality System - Model of Quality Assurance in Production, Installation and Servicing. The Certificate reflects not only the company's commitment in quality management system, it is also a testimony of the stringent quality control demanded by the management.

In line with its plan to upgrade its slitting capacity to cater for both the local and export markets, Kanzen Kagu has acquired a new Slitter Line with a slitting capacity of up to 10,000 MT per month and is one of the biggest and most advanced slitter line in Malaysia.

Kanzen Kagu will continue to invest in new equipment and technology as well as increase its product range in anticipation of the growing industrial needs and further strengthen its presence in both the domestic and international markets.
